Managing Director — Corporate Finance
Jeff Hoyt has over thirty years of banking and corporate finance experience working for commercial and investment banking companies. He began his career with what became First Interstate Bank and held a number of positions there, including his last posting as Senior Vice President and Head of Corporate Finance, focusing on international corporate debt issuance and cross-border financings. In the course of his activities with First Interstate, he traveled extensively in Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Asia.
After Relocating to Seattle with his family in 1995, he joined Banc of America Securities as Managing Director to establish a middle market investment banking team covering the Northwest. Jeff has assisted companies to achieve their strategic goals with mergers and acquisitions, public and private capital offerings, and a variety of senior debt options.

Jeff Hoyt completed his undergraduate studies at San Diego State University, with a concentration in accounting and finance. He was an instructor at the College of San Mateo for two years and has completed numerous executive training programs including the Stanford Bank Management Program.
