Marcos Rosset is the CEO and partner of e-all entertainment (eisall.com) a São Paulo based company that provides services for multi-platform content distribution and brand/franchise management. Mr Rosset is currently serving as Advisory Member for Sambatech (technology) Audit Board Member for Braskem (petrochemical) and Advisory Board Member for Magic Bubble (edutainment). He is also a mentor at Endeavor Brasil.
Prior to establishing e-all Mr.Rosset worked as the CEO The Walt Disney Company Brazil for over 10 (ten years) during the period of 2001-2011. With Disney Mr.Rosset was responsible for the start-up of 9 (nine) divisions and had full P&L responsibility for 11 business units, including TV, Radio, Home Entertainment, Theatrical and Digital Content Distribution, TV/Radio Ad sales, Mobile, Publishing, Shows and Events and Consumer Products. In addition to the P&L responsibilities, Mr.Rosset had the direct management of the Consumer Products division and TV/Radio Ad Sales and led a team of over 250 collaborators.
During the years of 1984 – 2001 (16 years), Mr.Rosset worked for CIC International, a joint venture of Holywood Film Studios “Universal Studios & Paramount Pictures”. With CIC Mr.Rosset had full P&L responsibility for the Brazilian subsidiary and also a supervisory role for all Latin American operations including Mexico, Central America and South American countries.
Mr.Rosset also worked for Globo Television in the start-up of the “in-home” business division (Globo Video) during the years of 1982 to 1984 and was a pioneer in establishing the legitimate “home entertainment” business distribution in Brazil.
During the period of 1984 through 2011, Mr.Rosset served in various industry association functions and was a key industry collaborator in determining and establishing mechanisms for intellectual property protection.
Mr.Rosset graduated in 1980 with a degree in Physics at Universidade Presbeteriana Mackenzie – São Paulo, with post-graduation in MIS. Mr Rosset is a member of IBGC, Brazil’s Corporate Governance Institute, a resident of Brazil, São Paulo and has full fluency of Portuguese, Spanish and English languages.
